Leigh P. Vancil

Leigh represents commercial developers in the acquisition, development, financing, and management of commercial real estate projects, including apartment complexes, mixed-use condominiums, shopping centers and planned communities. 

Prior to her joining the firm, Leigh was a partner in the Atlanta law firm, Parker Hudson Rainer and Dobbs, where she represented local, regional and national lenders in commercial transactions, including asset based  loans, leveraged buyouts, loan restructuring and workouts. She continues to devote a significant portion of her practice to commercial finance, including real estate loans, corporate lending and secured transactions.

In addition to her practice in commercial real estate and commercial finance, Leigh provides expertise to landlords and tenants in commercial lease negotiations and disputes.

A native of North Carolina, Leigh graduated from Wake Forest University where she was a member of Phi Beta Kappa and received her law degree from the University of North Carolina. During law school, she served as an editor on the North Carolina Law Review.
