William T. Hutchins, Jr.

Bill is a native of Durham. He obtained his undergraduate degree at the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill (with distinction), where he was inducted into the Phi Beta Kappa. He also obtained his law degree at the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill (with honors). Bill served as a staff member of the North Carolina Law Review. Bill is a Board Certified Specialist in Real Property Law: Business, Commercial and Industrial Transactions.
